  • How to Book?

· To book simply click on the Book now button where you will select the appropriate dates and our search facility will scour our database of available campers and match you up with the most suitable vehicle's. From here on, our process is rather simple, elect your extras if any, agree to our Terms and conditions and pay the deposit. We will then confirm your booking and reach out to you to obtain the driver license details for insurance etc. However, if you have any queries during the booking process please feel free to drop us and email or give us a call.

  • Where do I collect my campervan?

· Collection is available from 2 locations near Wrexham/Chester, we can also provide a quotation for delivery too at our discretion, please call or email us for this option prior to booking

  • Do you deliver the campervan?

· Currently Delivery is not a standard option, however we can deliver at our discretion but this may attract an additional charge therefore please call us prior to booking if you wish your camper to be delivered.

· How much does it cost?

· The cost varies depending upon the time of year, which vehicle your hiring and for how long, simply click our book now button to find out, your under no obligation at this point.

  • Is insurance included?

· Comprehensive insurance is included in all of our booking and is include in the price quoted, however the quoted sum is based upon driver being 25 years old with clean driving license, should you not fall within this category, then there may be a small. Uplift in cost, usually around £10/day for people a few years less then 25 or with a few extra points, please call us to do a licence check for you in advance to confirm he additional charge.

  • What drivers licence do I require?

· A full UK car drivers licence is required to hire a van from Venture vans, all our vans are under the 3500kg GVW so fall within Category C (the standard car code)

  • What if I need to cancel or amend my trip?

· We understand that plans change or unexpected things pop up so please give us a call, provided its more than 6 weeks until your trip we can usually reschedule your booking, should it be less than 6 weeks then an admin fee may apply, refer to our cancelation policy for more details, available on request

  • Are pets allowed?

· Pets are allowed in selected pet friendly vans, please let us know at the time of boking you intend taking your fury friend with you, Pets are restricted to 1 number domesticated animal and must not chew or be left unattended, you will be liable for any damage

  • Where can I go?

· This is limited by your imagination and sense of adventure providing its on Uk soil your covered by our insurance.

  • What do I need to take with me?

· All vehicles come with a basic inventory for cooking and camping however you will need to supply bedding should you not have selected this ad an option at the time of booking

  • Can I share driving with my partner?

· Yes you can add an additional driver to the insurance however it will attract an additional charge, drop us an email for more details or quotation.

  • How do I pay?

· Deposit is paid via our online card payment service and the balance can either be paid via card or cash, however unless agreed prior all balances are to be paid in full at least 6 weeks prior to your hire commencement

  • Does the camper come with Fuel?

· All of our campers will have a full tank on collection, we expect the vehicle to be returned with a full tank or you will be charged at the market value plus £20 admin charge for any fuel required to refill the tank.

  • What happens if I breakdown?

Whilst venture vans ensure all vehicles are maintained to the highest of standards, unfortunately issues do arise and should this be the case simply give us a call and we will ensure we get you moving again as quickly as possible

  • How many people can they accommodate?

· All of our vehicles accommodate 2-4 persons and is displayed on the vehicle details tab, some vehicles can accommodate 5-6 persons with our awning (although we don't have vehicles with more then 5 seat belts)

  • How long can I hire the van for?

· This is depending on your budget etc but generally hires don't exceed 30 days, we can offer preferential rates for extended hire periods so get in touch if you considering an extended hire period.

  • Do I have electric in the vehicle?

· All of our vehicles have an electric hook up with pre wired sockets, maximum current is 10amps, some of our vehicles include invertors for off grid 240v supplies

  • Is there a toilet or shower?

· Yes, we offer portable toilets and showers on demand. These can be provided upon request to ensure you have added convenience during your trip. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to include these in your hire.

  • What happens if I return late?

If you anticipate returning the campervan later than agreed, please inform us as soon as possible. Late returns can affect our insurance coverage and impact the next booking. Additional charges may also apply. Contact us immediately so we can make the necessary arrangements.

  • Do I need to clean the campervan?

· We appreciate it if you return the campervan in a reasonably clean condition. A quick tidy-up helps keep the vehicle in great condition for the next guests. If extra cleaning is needed, a fee may apply.

  • Do the campervans have trackers fitted?

· Yes, our campervans are fitted with GPS trackers for security, insurance, and vehicle management purposes. This helps us ensure the safety of ourselves and our vehicles and provides assistance if needed during your trip.

  • What if I get a speeding ticket?

If you receive a speeding ticket during your hire period, you are responsible for paying the fine. Depending on how the ticket is issued, it may be sent directly to you or to us as the vehicle owner. If we receive the fine, we will forward it to you or process the payment on your behalf and charge the amount to your account, along with any applicable admin fees.

  • What if get a parking fine?

If you receive a parking ticket during your hire, you are responsible for paying it. If the fine is issued directly to you, please pay it as soon as possible to avoid additional charges. If we receive the fine after your hire period, we will either transfer liability to you or pay it on your behalf. In such cases, the fine amount, along with any applicable admin fees, will be deducted from your security deposit.Please note that a £100 hold will be placed for 60 days to cover any potential fines or charges that may arise after your hire.

  • What if I damage the vehicle?

The cost of repairs may be deducted from your security deposit, depending on the extent of the damage and your insurance coverage. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, you may be responsible for additional charges. Full details can be found in your rental agreement.

· Before you set off, we will provide a full handover, including instructions on how to operate the campervan's features, such as the heating, cooking facilities, water system, and electrical hookups. A user guide may also be included in the vehicle for reference.

  • Can I leave my car with you?
  • yes, you may be able to leave your car with us while you hire the campervan, subject to availability. However, parking is at your own risk, and we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
  • Can I hire with a non Uk licence?
  • yes, you can hire a campervan with a non-UK driving licence, but certain conditions apply. Your licence must be valid and written in English or accompanied by an official translation or International Driving Permit (IDP) if required. Additional checks may be needed depending on your country of issue. Please contact us in advance to confirm eligibility and any specific requirements.
  • Are there any hidden costs?

· No, we are transparent about our pricing. The hire cost includes the agreed rental period, standard insurance, and any extras you've selected. Additional charges may apply for things like late returns, extra mileage, fuel top-ups, damages, or fines. All potential costs are outlined in our terms and conditions, so there are no surprises.   • Can I take my bicycle?

yes, you can bring your bicycle provided you select the bike rack option at the time of booking. Some of our campervans come with bike racks or have space for storage inside. If you need a bike rack, please let us know in advance, as availability may be limited. Make sure your bike is securely stored to avoid any damage during transit.

  • Is there any heating in the campervan?

Yes, our campervans are equipped with heating to keep you warm and comfortable. The type of heating varies by model and may include diesel heaters, gas heating, or electric heaters when connected to mains power.
